AutoProsper – Automotive Marketplace & Dealer CRM Web App Design

AutoProsper is a complete automotive digital platform that combines a customer-facing car marketplace website with a powerful dealer CRM dashboard. The design covers multiple user journeys, including vehicle discovery, auto service booking, finance pre-qualification, sell/trade flow, brand and model selection, and personalized vehicle offers.

For the customer side, I designed clean landing pages and step-based flows that make car buying, financing, and service booking easier to understand. Users can explore vehicles, compare offers, submit finance details, choose brands or models, and move through the process with clear actions and minimal confusion.

The dealer dashboard was designed for sales teams to manage leads, appointments, follow-ups, customer conversations, finance offers, vehicle inventory, tasks, and sales activity from one organized workspace. I focused on making complex dealership operations feel simple through clear cards, lead status indicators, sales funnel visuals, quick filters, AI warm-up actions, and structured customer information.

The final design brings together marketing, sales, finance, inventory, and customer management into one polished automotive UI/UX system. It gives AutoProsper a modern, trustworthy, and scalable platform experience for both car shoppers and dealership teams.
